NELSON PAHL, PH.D.
Founder & Program ArchitectNelson holds a Ph.D in Experiential Psychology (Coventry), as well as an MBA Certificate in Management (Tulane). His experience in the mental health & wellness vertical spans more than 20 years, including time as a grief psychologist, evidence-based writer, and midlife coach. His unconditional love for any and all animals is contagious. He developed PetBond “because grief is grief. It doesn’t matter if it’s the loss of a mother, a sibling, a friend, or a pet. The grief endured in the wake of that loss is still a human experience, it’s still grief, and all grief should be honored.”
LYDIA GARCIA
Managing PartnerAfter attending Rockhurst University for her freshman and sophomore years, Lydia earned her B.A. in Communications from UMKC. She’s worked extensively as an administrator in the research sector and a client care specialist in the wellness industry. Her heart melts whenever she’s around a companion animal. She joined the PetBond cause “because it’s one of the most worthy causes I’ve ever run across. It makes a huge difference in people’s lives.”
SHELLIE RAE
Intake DirectorShellie holds an ABA in Management. Her diverse background includes middle management in the retail pharmacy space, operations management in the cafe niche, and she even co-founded a boutique lawn care company while living in Kansas City. She’s a sucker for anything feline and serves as the go-to emergency pet sitter for pretty much any friend and acquaintence. Shellie joined the team “because I believe in the PetBond experience and Nelson’s vision. I know how effective it can be.”

It provides better outcomes for families. They get valuable support when they need it most.
Our $3750 Investment In You
Also, because we’re now in our roll-out phase, you'll become a Founding Partners Circle member.With this designation, you receive the entire $125 (wholesale fee) + markup per family for the first 15 families you enroll.Meaning, if your markup for adding PetBond to a premium package equals, say, $250, that’s a good faith, $3750 investment we make in you.Once those families are onboard, we go to our standard wholesale split.
Quick Start Program
Another way to “test the waters” is to start with a 3-day email campaign.
You email your last 90 days of customers and offer PetBond Aftercare as a standalone service. You can price this standalone service at $125+. Whatever you charge above that $125, you keep.
You offer this for 72-hours. That’s it. Three emails over three days.
Typically 8-12% of families will enroll. If you’ve served, say, 200 families over those 90 days, and you've charged, say, $247, that’s $2000-$3000 in quick revenue for you.
